Book without prepayment ✅ We operate on a post-payment system: you pay for group excursions on the bus at the start of the trip. You don’t need to look for someone to hand the money to — our staff will come to you. The only exceptions are private tours or those requiring advance ticket purchases for flights or document processing. Egyptian laws strictly regulate tourism. 📜 To allow transport (bus or yacht) to operate, organizers must obtain daily approval from the police and military. Without a tourism license, this is impossible. That’s why for some excursions, we may require copies of your passport or vouchers. This mainly applies to sea trips in Hurghada, as well as private and certain group tours that go outside the city. For other excursions, group approval is sufficient, and passport details are not needed. ✅

Your insurance is valid ✅ Some hotel guides may claim that insurance doesn’t cover excursions booked through third-party companies. This is incorrect. Your travel insurance for Egypt is valid throughout the country, regardless of who organizes your activities. Additionally, any official tour operator is fully responsible for passenger insurance during the trip, whether by bus or boat. Without this, they would not receive the necessary permits to run the excursion. 🛡️

We often remind tourists not to forget anything during excursions. ⚠️ Unfortunately, if you leave something behind, it can be difficult to retrieve, as all transport immediately goes for cleaning, and Egyptian logistics have their own specifics.
